1 yr old black australop hen -closed eye, head tilted to side

Woke this morning, she stayed in run, shooed her out, noticed shaking head, scratching but still free ranging. checked 30 min later, looked closer and her eye was shut. Normal eating, pooping, attitude (except enjoying cuddles) separated her. gave her yogurt, egg, oregano oil, garlic, tomato, avocado mash; put saline in eye then antibio drop. she has no discharge, just red and warm around ear/eye.
