3-5 YEAR HEN WEAK

Found chicken lying on side, opened coop door and all 4 came out including this one. When she walked, she waddled very slowly.

She is either 3 or 5 years old.
Could she have an egg stuck or a neuro problem?

She could be egg bound or have other problems. You haven't said her breed. 3-5 years can be very old for some breeds and young for other breeds.

If you know or can identify her breed, look up the life expectancy and go from there. Check to see if you can feel an egg. If it's low, near her vent you will be able to feel it from the outside.

This could be many different issues. Not enough information to give you more specific ideas.
