i have one chick which is suffering from breathing

he cannot breath well . sometimes the horn become black and chick fall down.the chick has horn big in size .the horn covers the nose so that chick cannot breath and horn become black in colour.the chick fall down again and again after 2 to 3 minutes. the chick regains and the horn becomes red.from last 2 to 3days the chick regains after 5min.please give a advice what should i do

This could be a number of things. I'm guessing you mean comb, when you say "horn". Black is not good at all. Sounds like circulatory problem, problem regulating body temperature. With respiratory problems the black comb probably means poor blood flow through the whole body, causing general weakness. This chick should be isolated from others, given access to supplementary heat, given vitamins and electrolytes in water, and rest away from others that will pick on it. I can't tell you why this is happening, but it sounds very serious.
