Undigested food in vent and diarrhea. Very sick.

My 10 week old Cochin has had undigested grass and grains in her vent for 3 days now. She also has very runny brown diarrhea. There is a little blood. I've been pulling the obstruction from her vent the past two days. She's very weak and withdrawn. I started giving her oxyytetracycline this morning. Along with olive oil, electrolytes and a probiotic.

Sounds like you are doing what you can. Definitely sounds a digestive problem, maybe coccidia. Unfortunately by the time a chicken acts sick, it is usually very sick. I'd keep it warm, try to keep fluids going in. Wishing you success with this chick.
